It will not help you to ask me or anyone else in the tribe to evaluate parts of your proposal one. It's like asking to evaluate a portion of your blueprint, or a particular "room." I want to see the whole "house." I can give you much better feedback when you complete and post your ENTIRE proposal. Then I would love to give my thoughts.
